  • Each 60-minute session is designed to be inclusive, approachable, and engaging. Whether your group is a family, bachelorette party, business team, or friends gathering, sessions are adapted to your group’s age range, energy level, and goals. No prior experience with yoga, sound baths, or experiential learning is required—participation is always optional and guided at a comfortable pace.

  • Yes. Mini retreats are fully customizable. Groups may choose one 60-minute session or combine multiple sessions to create a longer, more immersive experience. Options include yoga, sound bath, and a variety of experiential learning sessions focused on connection, relaxation, celebration, or personal growth. We’ll help you select the best combination based on why your group is gathering.

  • Sessions take place at your location, including cabins in Hocking Hills and beyond. Enough open space is needed to move comfortably and to allow for yoga mats for each participant during yoga and sound bath sessions. Inner Wisdom Wellness provides all supplies, including yoga mats. Some sessions require approximately 30 minutes for setup. Pricing is based on group size—please let us know how many people will be attending for more details.
