Yoga is an ancient practice known for supporting the mind, body, and spirit. At Inner Wisdom Wellness, we offer Hatha Yoga and Pranayama Yoga. Hatha Yoga combines breath and movement through guided poses, building strength and flexibility while ending in deep relaxation. Pranayama Yoga focuses on intentional breathing techniques that support mental clarity, stress reduction, and improved sleep.
