Meet Trisha and Christy
Inner Wisdom Wellness was founded in 2018 to help people slow down, reconnect, and experience meaningful moments of presence—through shared experiential learning, movement, and sound. We believe wellness should be accessible, grounded, and integrated into real life, whether you’re gathering with family, celebrating with friends, or supporting a team.
We combine professional training that is holistically centered. Sessions are designed to be welcoming for beginners while still meaningful for those with prior experience. Our facilitators prioritize clear communication, thoughtful pacing, and adaptability—so each group feels supported, seen, and at ease.
