Yoga is an ancient practice that is quite popular due to it's benefits for the mind, body and spirit. There are many types of yoga. At Inner Wisdom Wellness, we offer:
Hatha Yoga is a combination of many styles and is one of the most popular styles. It is a more physical form that begins with centering and uses breath while incorporating asanas, or poses and ends with savasana, or resting period. Hatha yoga increases physical flexibility and strength while relaxing the mind.
Pranayama Yoga focuses on breath and restores cognitive performance and sleep. Pranayama Yoga consists of synchronizing the breath with movements between asanas (poses) but is also distinct breathing exercise on its own.
Class Offerings:
$5 per session. Purchase one or multiple sessions. Classes are 30 minutes. Ages 4 - 8.
Wednesdays at 10 am. beginning March 13
Explore the playful world of children's yoga with imaginative yoga adventures designed to nurture young minds and bodies. Our kid-friendly platform introduces fun poses and mindfulness. Creating a joyful journey of self-discovery for your little ones.
$10 per session. Purchase one or multiple sessions.
Saturdays at 9:30 am. beginning March 16
Dive into a soothing hour of beginner yoga with gentle stretches and calming breathing exercises. With a focus on relaxation, this class offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
